If you do not have access to a PC, a public, secured internet connection or the help of a third party may suffice. - A valid credit card and agreement with other parties on payment share, if applicable.
- The ability to check your e-mail account at least once daily during the Dispute Resolution process to receive updated case information as it becomes available. Additionally, 48 hours are afforded to each party to submit a rebuttal or a final statement. Adhering to the timeline and checking e-mail is crucial for keeping the Dispute Resolution process on schedule.
- The decision issued by any of the resolution facilitators of Settle Today is legally binding. By agreeing to Dispute Resolution with Settle Today all parties are agreeing to abide by the issued decision.
