E-mails You Receive During Your Case Process:

Initiator —

  1. Case Created E-mail — Confirms that your case has been created and provides you with a permanent link to your case home page.
  2. Acceptance E-mail(s) — You will receive one e-mail for each respondent party who accepts your invitation. The e-mail will detail the information submitted by the respondent(s).
  3. Call for Rebuttal — After all respondent(s) submit their information, you will receive an e-mail calling for your rebuttal.
  4. Second Call for Rebuttal — Following the respondent’s(s’) rebuttal, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the respondent has submitted a rebuttal. Your final rebuttal is requested.
  5. Call for Final Statement — After submitting your final rebuttal, all parties are e-mailed to submit a final statement.
  6. Decision E-mail — Within 24 hours of all parties submitting final statements the resolution facilitator in charge of your case will send an e-mail to all parties with a link to the PDF file containing the legally binding decision.

Respondent —

  1. Invitation E-mail, Call for Information — Invites you to join the case and provides you with the information that the initiator submitted. If you choose to accept the invitation, you will also have to submit your information on the case.
  2. Case Open Confirmation — When more than two parties are involved this e-mail lets you know that all parties have accepted the invitation.
  3. Call for Rebuttal — After the initiator formulates his/her first rebuttal, you will receive an e-mail requesting your rebuttal.
  4. Call for Final Statement — After the initiator formulates his/her final rebuttal, you will receive an e-mail to submit your final statement.
  5. Decision E-mail — Within 24 hours of all parties submitting their final statements the resolution facilitator in charge of your case will send an e-mail to all parties with a link to the PDF file containing the legally binding decision.
